Legal Committee

The Legal Committee is composed of members of the Executive Committee as well as representatives from the members of the EUF.

It identifies and assesses legal developments, particularly on EU-level, which are of relevance to the factoring and commercial finance industry in Europe and advises the Executive Committee on legal matters regarding the factoring and commercial finance industry.
